1.1 PERSOL Vietnam Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and acknowledges your rights regarding personal data we collect from you. We comply with Vietnam’s Decree No. 13/2023/ND on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPD) and other applicable laws.
1.2 This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and/or disclose your personal data.
1.3 For the avoidance of doubt, “personal data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which the organisation has or is likely to have access.

2.1 We collect personal data to provide recruitment, placement, and HR services. If you do not provide required data, we may be unable to offer job placements or related services.
2.2 Examples of personal data include:

- Professional credentials and memberships
- Citizenship and work authorization status
- Disability and health information

2.3 We may also collect sensitive personal data such as:
- National ID, tax ID, passport number or social security number

2.4 Equal employment data (e.g., gender, ethnicity, disability) may be requested for reporting but is voluntary unless required by law.
2.5 Interactions with websites and mobile apps may yield:

2.6 You may log in using third-party tools (e.g., Facebook, X, Google). We receive information through those tools under their privacy terms.
2.7–2.8 Information shared via social media is governed by the third party’s policy.
2.9 The Company may use AI and machine learning technologies as part of its operations.

3.4 Anonymised data is not covered by this Policy.
3.5–3.7 We protect and transfer your data per applicable laws, including cross-border transfers.

5.4–5.6 We verify your identity and respond within 30 days (or notify if delayed) as per the PDPD.
5.7 Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide services.
5.8 You may request an explanation or human review of any automated decision made by AI.
6. Administration, Management, and Data Protection
6.1 You must keep your data accurate and up to date.
6.2 We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards (e.g., encryption, passwords, access controls).
6.3 No method is completely secure, but we strive for strong information security.
6.4 We destroy or anonymize data when no longer needed.
6.5 Cross-border transfers follow the PDPD with contractual or legal protections.
7. Data Breach Notification
7.1 We will promptly assess and report any notifiable data breach to authorities and notify you if it is likely to cause significant harm.
7.2 If acting as a Personal Data Processor, we will immediately inform the Personal Data Controller.
8. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time and post the revised version with a new revision date.
